Are They Fueling The Speculation About Iran
Edited on Mon Jan-15-07 09:37 PM by lligrd
in order to codition us for a war with Iran? I think they are purposely fueling the speculation so that we will have become so accustomed to the idea that when they do strike our anger over the idea will already have abated and we will simply accept it.

5. I Hope You Are Right But..
why aren't they outraged just at the speculation. People I know are still talking about Iraq and I keep saying, forget Iraq they want Iran. I get blank looks in return.

6. "why aren't they outraged just at the speculation." (1) Very few are paying attention.
(2) For those paying attention, it's being framed as necessary to protect Israel. Inside that frame, no one dares oppose it.

8. Yes...you are right. Many of us at DU and other
progressive sites are way ahead of the curve.

Sadly, I think it will hit the remaining supporters of * (I don't write his name)when a Tet offensive happens against our green zone...I think it will happen once dumbass in the WH attacks Iran....he has no idea of the fallout...it won't be 2-3 soldiars it will be hundreds at a time.

Welcome to DU!:hi:

10. Par for the course...
This administration is notorious for leaking (or planting) bits and pieces of information to test the waters, soften the blow, or prepare talking points for the debate.

IMPEACH NOW!
