Is blogging more associated with the right?
Edited on Tue Jan-16-07 06:11 PM by Canadian_NewDemocrat
My blog has broken some limits. www.jessezimmerman.blogspot.com I was e-mailed the other day to be given permission to add it to Opinions Canada, a blog aggreggator. http://server.com/WebApps/NewsApp/news-read.cgi?profile=9092 I was thrilled and had my blog added to the site. Surprisingly, I found most of the blogs to be of the right-wing, whacko right in some cases, persuasion. It surprised me to see it in Canada of all places...why is this? Is blogging generally for right-wingers?

1. They were given attention first - as tool of propaganda - most notably
the taking down of Dan Rather over the so called forged papers.
But the ones that matters are the left ones - they are the ones changing the way people get news.

2. I certainly don't see that
I think there are far more left wing blogs. But then I don't usually go looking for the right wing blogs.

3. There are probably too few Richt Wing Bloggers
so that the one's that are out there get more hits than say the hundreds of good left leaning blogs...
