Drop Bush in the middle of Iraq
That's the ticket. After he's impeached in the House and convicted in the Senate. Bundle him up and roll him into one of his rendition planes, take him to Iraq, and kick him out of the door with a chute on. And with the rip cord tied to the plane. Just to make sure it opens.

That will be that.
