2. I don't know
I thought it was pretty savvy, actually. She didn't comment on his expertise (in the interview I heard), mentioned her respect for him and their common goals -- and then went back into talking about those goals. Nothing negative in case she decides not to run and backs him as the candidate. Nothing too positive though, in case they are running against each other. Neutral. Smart.

16. Hillary is a lot smarter than DUers give her credit for...
She has the best coach in Billy Jefferson since he is the
most successful democratic president since FDR. No other
democrat has won TWO presidential terms.

4. Good for her.
I would like to see all of our Dems concentrate on their own campaigns and keep away from anything that can be construed as denigrating another Dem.

We have plenty of Repugs out there to do that. No sense in bashing our own.

5. She's vulnerable on that same point, it would be stupid to bash him for it
This early in the primary season. Frankly, it's stupid to bash anybody for anything this early in the primary season.

The worst they will personally get is a lot of veiled illusions - - instead of saying "So and so doesn't have the experience" they'll say "We need somebody with experience". It will be their surrogates who attack openly this early in the primary season.

6. Another question she refuses to answer
How will you ensure the safety of Whitehouse interns?

Keep Bill chained up in the backyard?

7. I don't blame her for not answering. It is
the media who have started this "game" of pitting one against another. She seems to be sticking with her own counsel. That is a wise move. The media helped get GW in office two times. I will not let them have my vote. The media are doing their own swift-boating. I have not made my own choice yet and will not rely on the media.

8. Why should she?
If she is running against the guy it isn't her job to talk him up. She was respective and complimentary of him...

12. It's not her place to decide that. It's ours.
Although I'm sure the outrage would be just as high if she had answered.

Figures.

13. So you want her to bash Obama?
What is your deal? You hate the attention Obama and Clinton are getting? You hate that Clinton won't attack Obama? Have you posted anything that hasn;t attacked one of our own in the last month or so?

15. Why should she answer that?
She's a potential candidate, and so is Obama. Why should she be forced to answer a question about him that really has no merit anyway?

The amount that I have to defend Hillary on this forum makes it seem like I'm some huge HRC supporter, even though I don't regard her much differently than most other Democratic senators. It's sad, in a way.

22. Its sad in a whole lotta ways...
When you consider the name of the website we're posting on. If only the accusations were factual and correct it wouldn't be so pitiful. It takes away from the credibility of a site when you have to fact check all the accusations against the people on our own team and 99% of the time the accusations turn out to be fabricated, blown out of perspective or just plain made up.

17. She gave the correct answer....it's up to the voters
Now it's up to us, supporters of the candidates, to throw everything out there to prove to the voters our gal/guy is "experienced enough" to be President.

When and where did she make this "REFUSE" comment ? I've always seen her answer it.

24. That would be a REALLY STUPID thing for any candidate at this point...
..to respond to.

The primary season begins in a year.

That is infinity politically.

For any Democrat to come out with something like commenting on lack of experience of a candidate who has not officially declared by someone else who has not officially declared...would be political suicide.

25. She don't care, she figures she has it aced - especially in the experience category if
no one superior to her runs, which she is trying to arrange. Hillary wants to run against lessors, so she looks like more.
