Can Alberto Gonzalez be impeached?

I think I heard John Dean tell Keith Olberman that Cabinet members COULD be impeached.

3. IMO Gonzales should be the first to be impeached but not the last

My rationale: He figuratively pisses all over "The Bill of Rights" not to mention recently disrespecting A co-equal Branch of Government (The Judiciary).

Beyond all the accessible and firm evidence, he's got that disgusting smirk down pat when he's testifying before Congress. Oh how nice it would be to see some true JUSTICE, i.e., Gonzales resigns or is impeached. ;)
