6. They said they'd pass this legislation
They said they'd pass it in 100 hours, and did it even faster than that. It's like taking a poll question on whether you think the Cardinals won the World Series. Doesn't matter what someone's opinion is, the facts aren't subject to a poll.

But thanks, CNN, for throwing a bone to all the dunderheads who can now say "Nyah, nyah! I don't think it was a success at all!"

Our public discourse is being driven by the people on the short bus.

7. If Fox or local newspaper says 'no', then it is a BIG SUCCESS!
The Ft. Worth Star-Telegram has run a few stories with the slant that what the Democrats have done doesn't mean much. So, considering the source- a paper that panders to right-wing nuts- one would have to say the Democrats are doing very well!
