7. The implication is that we have a very viable African-American candidate
and that it would be surprising if Jesse Jackson, as a longtime advocate for African-American rights didn't support him - all the more because I don't believe that Jesse Jackson is a known supporter of any of the other candidates.

4. I gotta agree with Jackson...
my first instinct was toward Kucinich, but Obama's nearly as good on the issues, and probably a better candidate from a purely political standpoint (i.e. the dreaded E word, electability)

On my own blog, I've officially hopped on the Obama bus:
