Newsweek Latest Poll has Bush at 31%

I don't think he has gotten any kind of a bump even after all of his TV appearances this week.

1. I think he'll be in the twenties after the SOTU. The cold reception from the Dems will
cause him to do all that twitchy, icky stuff that most people can't stand anymore. The fake accent, the smirk upon smirk, the yelling to make his points, the faux authoritarian pose, the shifty eyes, the complete discomfort he feels in his own skin...

Oh yeah, finally, the numbers may start to match reality. MKJ

3. I can't watch him. He just makes me crazy. All of that wierd
body language. That smirk. Those little laughs in all the wrong places. And those little beady eyes darting all over the place. Ugh!

5. I think you are right about that.
Someone on TV said that every time he gives a speech lately, his numbers drop lower. I'm looking forward to all of the camera shots of Senators' and Congresspersons'faces as they half-heartedly clap at the moron's postulations.

In this propaganda-as-media world, we won't get the truth from them. Newsweek is no different than the rest of em.

8. And, of course, he was never as high as they said. Well, maybe he was high, but not in the polls.
