2. She's a Senator. They make speeches,
even when they aren't running for President. I'm not a Hillary fan, either, but she can make all the speeches she wants, just like the rest of them. Don't like her? Don't listen.

15. Not surrounded by all the hype and PR. She is campaigning.
She is also late to the game, Senator kerry introduced a plan to insure all children in the US two years ago called, Kids First.

6. Try calling her Senator Clinton-may reduce attention she gets
The Republican party made her first name a household word----makes her special. Call media outlets and ask them to call her Senator Clinton.....it should help other senators too. ...reminds people we have 100 of them.

7. I hate it when people target healthcare issues to one segment of the population
and its usually kids. We ALL need healthcare! Pre-natal, infants, toddlers, kids, teens, adults, middle-ages, elderly , we ALL need it. Anytime someone comes up with one of these plans I get really annoyed. It just diverts the attention to one area and it means success in healthcare comes in incremental, itsy bitsy baby steps instead of the sweeping reform of the whole system that is necessary.

When I objected to John Kerry's plan aimed at children only I was accused of being selfish and hating children. That is not the case! This just dilutes the discussion and prolongs the agony for all the non-children who also need accessible and affordable healthcare.

9. You Will Need To Get Used To It, Sir
As near to a monopoly of public attention as can be acquired is a goal of any contender for the Presidency. To complain of Sen. Clinton's success at this is, in fact, to compliment her on being a skilled and excellent candidate for the office she seeks.

10. She'll be skilled and excellent at getting the nom - if skill and excellence equates to
power and money. As a presidential candidate she'll flop.

Which is, after all, the whole point.

12. That May Be, Sir
Though should she get the nomination of the Party, my money would be on her winning the election. The voting public is far from through with whipping on the Republican party....

17. Kerry proposal below - I wonder if Hill will go "buy ins or else lose child tax credit"
http://kerry.senate.gov/v3/cfm/record.cfm?id=231047
Kids First Act (S.114/H.R. 1668), http://www.keepingamericaspromise.com/video/kidsfirstad7023.html (video ad for bill)

proposal offers states a new bargain: the national government will give states significant immediate fiscal relief in exchange for a state commitment not only to cover all kids, but to aggressively make sure they get the coverage they're eligible for. That means cutting out the red tape and bureaucratic obstacles that are responsible for about two-thirds of the gap between kids who are eligible and kids who actually get covered. And it is a net plus in dollars to cash-strapped states.
We propose a new bargain with parents as well. We will make it possible for them to use money set aside for children's health care to buy employer-sponsored coverage where it's available. And we will also allow parents who don't normally qualify for public programs to buy coverage for their kids at cost, and to maintain current coverage at an affordable cost. Their side of the bargain is to take advantage of these tools to get their kids covered, and if they don't exercise this basic parental responsibility, they will not be able to claim the child tax credit on their federal tax returns. I don't think that's too much to ask - if we believe drivers have a responsibility to buy car insurance, surely we believe parents have a responsibility to buy health insurance for their kids.
proposal would finance the coverage expansion by asking something back from the least needy beneficiaries of Washington's big borrowing spree, individuals earning well over $300,000 per year. A portion of the Bush tax cuts benefiting these most-fortunate citizens would be repealed, making the top rate a bit closer to the rate under which wealthy individuals did so spectacularly during the 1990s.

18. So she's not allowed to speak without being accused of hogging the limelight?
I guess my guy Edwards and Obama and the rest are all wanting "no one else in the spotlight except themselves" too.

Either
1)You're ignorant and it's not true, or
2)It's true and you're ignorant and chastising a candidate for working in their best interest as well as ignorant for singling Hillary out for something all candidates want.
