An exciting new blog has arrived.
Sorry if this is a duplicate, but this is exactly the type of blog we need to keep the members of our party honest and I hope everyone will check it out.

http://workingforuspac.org/

It's goal is to weed out our elected (democratic) officials who do not vote in the interests of us, the people who elect them. The reason I think it is important is that even if we control the house and senate, it does us little good if our members continue to support the goals of corporations and not the people, i.e. the bankruptcy bill, not to mention the war.

But I can't find anything about them on the web pages. I don't see any names. Please help me out with this.

Edit: I found the name of Steve Rosenthal. Here's some info about him -

2. Good idea but.....
Lets elect more democrats first then worry about the fringes in our our party. Manny may have voted for a Republican Speaker if it was close but, the others although not always good democrats were where they needed to be on the first vote in the House.

Lets not be in such a rush to cut off our nose in spite of out face

5. I agree with you in general
but with a health majority in the house we can now afford to concentrate on those who voted against our interests in the next election. The senate is a different story. We will have to work on picking up republican seats and hope that we keep all the democrats we can, including those who we don't like.

However, we will never get a truly progressive party that cares about the people who voted them in if we do not work more actively toward this goal and now is a perfect time (in my opinion) to clean up the house.

4. I responded but sent them an email telling them that ...
unless they added the voting machine scandal and con game to their list of important issues I wouldn't be contributing. It's by far the most critical issue in America today, the biggest con game and scandal in American history.

When the vote is counted in secret without verification, it's impossible to have a democracy.
