David Schuster is reporting that Fitz, in opening statements, will show that Scooter lied to protect Cheney. He will show that Cheney is the first source of Plame's working situation to Libby and instructed Libby how to deal with the press. He will also show that Libby destroyed a written note from Cheney regarding the matter and how to deal with it.
