What a day of mourning. I feel like I just walked out of a funeral. I know what some are thinking, how pathetic. But John Kerry is everything I ever wanted in a leader.

Whats next? Who all are you planning to support?

At least Senator Kerry will continue to lead in the Senate. I wish him the very best!

I've already stated my preference for Kerry, Clark and Gore and am sticking to it. Too many coverup Democrats get a free ride these days. I trust these three at this point in time, and I would not have said that about Gore 4 years ago when he was still identified with the Clinton coverupforPoppyBush years.

4. End this war.

Primaries next year. End the war, which Kerry said was immoral as quickly as can be.

People run for office, in some instances, because they stand for something. I think Sen. Kerry was sincere in his regret over his vote in Oct of 2002. I think he is doing all he can to end this immoral and unnecessary war as quickly as possible.

The 'what's next' for me is to help him. I hope he keeps his e-mail list intact and uses it to follow what was his passion last year, ending this war.

Kerry needs to go full throttle and begin investigations on Bush and Cheney.

For the rest, I hope Kerry will become one of the proeminent voices of the Senate. We unfortunately need some as we have seen today with both the SFRC and the vote on Minimum Wage. Despite all the compromises the Senate has made, we could not get 60 votes for a cloture vote on it.

with Democratic control of Congress, hopefully he will be able to take advantage of that. And, especially if we can take all three branches in 2008, I'd much rather he still be in the Senate than sitting at home after a losing presidential bid.

21. I hope Al Gore will enter the race

Without a doubt, Al Gore is the best person for the job.

He is doing great work -- raising awareness about the climate crisis.

He spoke to an audience of 10 000 in Boise on Monday, and is still on Tour! :)

His movie "An Inconvenient Truth" is nominated for an Academy Award.

He is working on his next book "The Assault on Reason" -- due out in May.

He has not ruled out running again and is keeping his options open.

although, I'm not sure who I'm behind 100% yet. The sadness comes from the way the hovering media and the rest of the jackals tore him apart and the so-called public bought it lock, stock and barrel.

I apologize for standing up for a great leader, a fantastic Senator and one that actually won the election in 2004...but since people like one of Mrs. Clinton's handlers, James Carville (who told his wife about Kerry's plans on Election eve) and Diebold can steal or alter an election, I stand with others who thought he should run and would have been the most qualified to run as well as possibly one of the best Presidents this country could ever have...perhaps America doesn't deserve people like John Kerry as President.

My apology goes out to anyone who thinks that the mainstream media, Karl Rove and tin-foil hatters should decide who is "best" for America. Further, my apology goes out to all those that will probably decide on the next President based on lies and distortion fed to them like month-old dog food...and they lap it up.

But I take no pleasure in Kerry's decision not to run as it relates to my view of him as a political and moral leader in the Democratic Party.
