Which is worse? The mistakes Carol Mosely Braun made earlier in her career or the fact that Kerry, Lieberman and Gephardt have missed more than 50% of their votes in this Congress.
I guess I'm feeling a little guilt after watching the CSPAN coverage on that symposium about African American Presidential candidates.
Once the investigation was completed, it became obvious that CMB's financial error were pretty minor. Clearly no intent to profit and not very large sums anyway. So you are left with the mistake of visiting that African dictator. Not terribly bright, but was it bad enough to end a career, or just somethiong the neo-cons made us think was big enough to end a career. An error that deserved an apology, but not much more than that. I have a hard time seeing it much worse than Dean's Confederate flag line.
I have more of a problem with all the Congressional votes that Gephardt, Kerry and Lieberman missed to go out campaigning.
I'm curious about others think here.
