An apparent wisdom. Transcendence. Gravitas. A sense that he could be the right man for the times.

And he is doing all by his lonesome. Pretty good stuff.

If he runs, I'll seriously consider supporting him. I would still want to hear everything he has to say as a candidate. That said, he's a man worthy of the deepest respect and he has mine. I would love to meet him, and I cannot think of too many politicians I can say that about, for verily, I have met too many politicians and verily, they are made of Luan and little else.

I'd want to know where Gore stands today on these trade agreements--and I don't mean that they're okay as long as so-called "side" agreements are in place to protect unions and the environment--everyone knows they aren't enforced and are just lip service.

He'd have to clear that up for me before I voted for him.

But besides that I do like him. If he was able to clear that hurdle I'd vote for him.
