Head jolting interview on Energy, Climate, and Carbon-Lovins on BBC
http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/programmes/hardtalk/4989662.stm

If you don't know Amory Lovins, here's an intro.
Lovins was the author, in 1976, of a book called "Soft Energy Paths",
which was widely viewed at the time as airy fairy environmentalist
pablum, but turned out to be the most clear eyed and accurate
prediction of energy use patterns for the past 30 years.
He is currently the head of the Rocky Mountain Institute
in Snowmass, CO, has been profiled in the front page of
the Wall Street Journal at least twice, and consults around the
world with a dazzling lineup of corporations and governments.
He is meticulous, precise, and relentless in the course of this
very tough BBC correspondent.

Listen to this interview. It will spin your head around with
new takes on efficiency, Nuclear power, and why you
may be driving a "Wally Wagon" in 10 years.
