bush should be impeached for three high crimes and misdemeanors he committed:

1. illegal survellance of US citizens without a FISA warrant
2. lies and deceptions to sell the Iraq war
3. ordering and condoning torture.

If, solely as a political strategy, impeachment has been "taken off the table" to promote a climate of bi-partisanship, I'm OK with that AS LONG AS serious INVESTIGATIONS are allowed to proceed. Let it be the actual evidence that builds the case for impeachment and not calls from Democrats who will be seen as doing it for political reasons. Make no mistake, though, when the evidence is brought forward, and it will be, Reid and Pelosi better have plenty of "tables" available to put the impeachment back on ...
