I would not be at all surprised if Bush is less involved with his own speeches than any other president ever. Kind of like Clarence Thomas on the Supreme Court.

6. Andy has never pulled any punches regarding his feelings about

junior. I have also said that it would be nice if presidents wrote their own speeches, or at least openly gave the credit to the writer, since it is their words we are listening to.

And p.s. - As much as nukular bugs me, I just shudder when I hear him refer to America as "Our Cunchry".
