Fox News Sunday-William Kristol LIES about not trashing Clinton in 1990's
(Transcript not available yet)
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,247171,00.html

The Fox News Sunday panel (Brit Hume, Bill Kristol, Juan Williams, Mara Liasson) analyzed what John Kerry had said in Davos, Switzerland:

"So we have a crisis of confidence in the Middle East — in the world, really. I've never seen our country as isolated, as much as a sort of international pariah for a number of reasons as it is today."

Pariah... pariah...

Brit lays out the softball to Liasson who correctly says that Kerry can now say whatever he wants since he's not running for President. Kristol goes off with a diatribe that Kerry is making fun of the President from...gasp...Switzerland! Brit Hume raises the bar by joking that maybe Kerry lives in Switzerland... Juan Williams yelps that Brit is making a cheap shot.

Then...

Bill Kristol yammers on about how he never made fun of Clinton in the 1990's...like...never. How dare Kerry make fun of the President on foreign soil...

Well...let's just say Mr. Kristol is caught in yet another lie again. Mr. Founder of the Project For A New American Century had first started Project for the Republican Future when Clinton came in power in 1993. He expressly made talking points for the Gingrich Revolution puppets as well as wrote "There is no health care crisis" for Bob Dole in response to Clinton's 1994 State of the Union address. Of course, the Weekly Standard, which he founded, used a lot of ink to attack Clinton.

Kristol has been called "Dan Quayle's brain" because he was the Chief of Staff for Quayle during the Bush I times. It's a worthy title for this lying, sniveling scum.

5. Wallace wanted to move along to some other topic...
Kristol ALWAYS gets a free pass on Brit's show.

You can see Brit smiling proudly at Kristol when he lies as though he's looking at his puppy performing a new trick on command.

3. Heard a rumor

Time had hired him to do a column, if so I don't need to read time any more. He really is a despicable person. Kind of makes me sick to even listen to him talk. All their complaints about the liberal elite, make me laugh.

9. Every time Kerry is at Davos, McCain is there, too. How does media treat that fact?
Is Kerry as head of Senate Committee supposed to not go to Davos when other senators on the committee attend due to their DUTIES as senators?

14. Not to mention - Kerry was not joking about Bush
Edited on Mon Jan-29-07 04:44 PM by karynnj
Everything Kerry said was 100% serious - and what he has said in the Senate and in interviews. Kerry was the only westerner on the panel and he appropriately indicated (in case anyone had any doubt) that he was not a spokesman of the President. There was nothing contrioversial in what he said.

He was on a panel on the middle east - guess what - He the Chair of the SFRC dealing with this area. His words were serious and the 2 comments they seem no to like are:
- that we are less respected in the world - which is a given.
- that we pulled out of Kyoto and that we in the earliest stages didn't do enough on AIDS in AFrica. These idiots can't see that he is not even speaking about Bush in the latter AIDS atarted in the 1980s. Kerry worked on a bill to get them help that took a long time to find approval in the SFRC headed by Jesse Helms - Kerry ended up getting Frist as a co-sponsor - then in a typical Kerry pattern - he let Frist get credit to guarantee getting it passed. (This was why Bono referred to Kerry as the first to do anything.)

11. One morning a caller on C-span asked Kristol if he
had served in the military since he's so fond of war. He hemmed and hawed and then came up with some bullshit answer about how there are many ways to serve one's country. Right, Bill. It's just fine to send someone else's kid off to get killed for oil and corporate greed while you sit in a cushy office plotting evil.

God, I hate these bastards.

12. Bill its a simple yes or no question
Did you serve in the military? And yes there are other ways to serve one's country. So far, throughout your worthless hump of a life you have failed to find one; just like many of your worthless "christian conservative" contemporaries who have access to microphones.

13. In th '90s, before
the Monica Lewinsky debacle, I used to watch all of the Sunday morning political programs. I had to stop because of the idiot yammering of Kristol and George Will. Kristol can piss up a tree, the liar.
