Will Libby fall on his sword for bush / Cheney? And if so does he
have money and a pardon coming his way?

Man I hope Fitz nails him good and he is looking @ 20 years + in the pen
and he then sings like a bird. I doubt this will happen because he must think
he has a pardon coming his way. Not unless "things" start happening fast and
bush / Cheney are looking @ impeachment and Scooter gets nervous.

Funny, this all goes back to lying about the facts in order to start a war in Iraq.

Any rumors, guesses, half baked conspiracy theories, or snark that DUers want to add is more than
welcome.

From the # of times this post has been looked @ I can say only one thing;
:hi: Freepers .... it is still January and it is only going to get worse with the one
thing that bush/Rush/Freepers/Neo Cons and so on really fear ... the Truth.

"Say hello to my little friends."

1. Nope. He knows he's got a pardon lined up. He'll just stretch this out.

5. Fitz needs to pressure Libby to squeal on Cheney and Bush
or threaten him with prison in a secret location (Gitmo type) that even Bush's pardon can't help.

2. It is looking very grim for Scooter ...
The $ odds have gone from 20% to 63% over the past 4 months for being convicted on any one of the charges. Once the odds hit 75% he is cooked!

3. It 'looks' especially bad because prosecution is first
Well, that and the fact that Fitzi's a brilliant prosecutor! Who knows whether or not there'll be a conviction for him. It's pretty clear based on what we've seen/heard so far that he lied to Federal Agents. Maybe he'll get a Martha Stewart sentence. But, the real fun is the sunshine streaming into the WH! We may very well see another indictment.

As far as the theory/half-baked/guesses and things I want to know...
Did Karl Rove get an immunity deal of any kind?
Did Cheney take the actions he took on his own, or because Bush told him to "just make it happen"?

4. Scooter seems to be cooked on the lying charges, but
so far it seems that Cheney is cooked also. I guess the question is what anyone will do about it?
