Minimum Wage Bill As Amended .. What?

Okay. I give up. Here is what I can pin down.
The repubs stopped blocking the bill when 8.4 BILLION in tax breaks for business were added on.
But what I cant find out is what exactly those "tax breaks" are.
Does anyone know?
Will one cent actually reach a small business?
Is the handout going solely to the lame red states that were still enslaving people at 5 bucks?
I cant find the detail. Intentional?

I love that the Dems balanced the tax breaks for small businesses by closing tax loopholes for large businesses and wealthy CEO's.

I was just reading a similar story. Is it possible that they picked off two birds with the same stone? From what I was reading it sounded like Nardelian golden parachutes are now officially history?
