He ran cause we told him we wanted him to. He pulled out when not enough voters echoed that sentiment. He only wants to do what's best for his country. I pray to God we haven't seen the last of him. He is so The Man I can't even handle it.

4. How do you know why they voted for Kerry?

What makes you so sure that many of those voters did not have other reasons for selecting him? Did it ever occur to you that some of them looked at his record, and liked what they saw?

What makes you the only informed voter in the country?

6. Your reasoning is all but silly

I have a friend with cable that reads the paper everyday. He has no idea what BBV was or what depleted uranium is. People do not know a darn thing about Kerry's record. They want to vote for Kerry as a lesser of two evils. The average person would not know one-tenth of the political situation that someone that has been on DU for a year would know.

In every state which has held its primary or caucus, the exit polls have confirmed that his support is shallow, based on perceived electability rather than the issues.

I suppose you can argue the exit polls are inaccurate or too simplistic, but you cannot truthfully suggest that there is no evidence of the "electability" balloon.

Kerry might not be my favorite, but compared to Bush he looks like the original JFK. Here's to making the dream a reality: like father, like son, one term only!
