says Obama.

"One thing I don't think McCain can be faulted for is his dedication to the troops," Obama said. "He's been there, done that."

Nice. This little "mispeak" may turn kind of interesting on the Repuke side, as Ghouliani's draft dodging becomes an issue.

1. BS--sorry , obama, but if mccain gave a DAMN about the troops, he wouldn't have voted to allow them
to be in an illegal, unjust and immoral war of choice for OIL, AND he wouldn't have voted FOR the torture bill, and he wouldn't have REFUSED to vote on the resolution a couple of weeks ago.

nice try, no cigar.

2. McCain believes he is supporting the troops by sending more of them to try and stabilize Iraq.

His own son, a Marine, may already be over there.

I'm with those who say sending American boys and girls to die in an unnecessary war against a country that was NO threat to us, is NOT supporting the troops-it is ABUSING their loyalty to the Commander-in-Chief and their patriotism.

4. McCain is wrong, but he does "care" about the troops in his own way

5. Of course, you are correct. McCain is wrong as a motherfucker on policy but
i would never question his personal support for *the troops* per se, especially given his life experience.

6. If that radical RW motherfucker gave even one shit
about the troops, I wouldn't have to see pictures like this in my daily newspaper.
