2. Maybe the OP was using "we" to mean Democrats and not

just DU. I think that it's a point worth discussing.

ON EDIT:
It's not that DU opinions matter so much. It's that DU and other Democratic sites are the ones dredging up Romney's earlier speeches and allowing him to address them early and often so that the flip flop argument will be old news by the time of the general election.

4. ugh...no.
We had better hit Romney hard and fast. The Repug's wouldn't waste a second if the tables were turned, not to mention, this could hinder Coulter-horses chances of being invited to speak at such events.

There is NO REASON to hold back especially early. Get tin there, and get on this, that way, it could be used later, if and when he flip-flops.

I understand if you are thinking he would be the best candidate, thereby 'saving our ammo' for the big fight, but there is no single big fight. They are ALL huge, and we need to win as many as possible.

Bring out the pitbulls and get dirty for once.

5. Hey I've heard that NEWT GINGRICH is the person
the Democratic party least wants to run. They are afraid he might name Tom Delay as his running mate. It really scares them that he might run on a platform of making it illegal for anyone with assets of more than $10 million to pay any taxes - national or local, of privatising the armed forces and declaring the Bush family deities to be worshiped.

6. Romney is a chameleon and a fraud who needs to be exposed.
He will say just about anything to get elected.

The differences between his carefully crafted image of leadership
and his record as the absentee Governor of Massachusetts needs
to be pointed out. He promotes himself as smarter, better-looking
version of George Bush. He really is an empty suit without any
sincerely held principles. He has fooled the voters before.
That's why he needs to be unmasked.
