1. Excellent point!
This could hurt our beloved USA Investor Class who are invested in the Oil Markets.

They will use "The Euro."

I wonder what would be the financial ramifications for the USA?

5. ***THIS IS BIG!***
Just like Saddam Hussein before them, Iran is attempting to do something which is one of the two primary events that will precipitate U.S. bankruptcy. This is a huge incentive for U.S. aggression toward Iran!

6. Any country that can suck a hundred billion out of the US economy
by changing oil currency is going to be bombed or invaded by bushco. These greedy fucks would destroy half the earth to keep their money coming in.

7. They have been saying this for over 2 years it's just a ploy. It would
be a major blow to the dollar and remember saddam made the same mistake just before the neocons made up this war

8. A few countries are trading oil in Euros
There has been a gradual shift over the last year fron USD to Euros, so far amounting to a few percent... but this has pushed the US dollar down.
