Bill Richardson to keynote conference for NY's Latino lawmakers next month
N.M. Prez hopeful
gets N.Y. invite

ALBANY - New York's Latino lawmakers are inviting a Democratic presidential candidate to be keynote speaker at their annual conference here next month - but it won't be their own Sen. Hillary Clinton.

Instead, the headliner at the Somos El Futuro (We are the Future) gathering will be New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson, the lone Hispanic in this year's crop of presidential hopefuls.

Clinton, however, has been invited to speak as well at the April 28 event.

1. Good for the Governor!

I'm still anxious for the first debate in NH in a little less than a month. I can't wait to see how he does up against the other candidates!
