2. Cheney gave the order. Bush endorsed the order. Libby enthusiastically carried out the order.
Unfortunately, it doesn't look like Cheney or Bush is seeing much in the way of criminal consequences for their treason. At least Libby can be hung out to dry for the time being. Lets hope Fitz can convince the judge to throw the book at him on sentencing day. Even then, Libby will probably get his pardon, though maybe if we're lucky, we can make him serve time before then.

In the meantime, it's time for Congress to start a huge, public investigation, go for impeachment.

Yup. Impeachment is the only way to get to the bottom of all of it.

3. OK...I may be being obtuse here...
...but Richard Armitage admitted that he was the leak. Libby lied and is a moron, but he did not leak her name - at least according to the guy that did.

Bushco is responsible for millions of deaths and war crimes...but I always thought this was a non-issue. That is obviously a minority opinion on this board.

We have more than enough evidence to impeach the war crime administration...why bother with these non-crimes?

Anyway...I expect flames....dissent is not really welcome here.

5. Actually the trial proved that Libby did indeed leak Plame's name
to reporters. It is just that those reporters did not publish stories on it. Armitage leaked Plame's name to Novak, who did write about it, but Libby and Rove leaked, as well...

4. All of them
I'm guessing they all had a meeting after The Dick read Wilson's op-ed, they decided to out Plame and that's that.
