5. Ever since he was a regular commentator on NPR.........

he has been my Presidential dream candidate.

I simply have never seen someone as willing as him to sift and weigh evidence and report back to the rest of us what seems to be the solution most likely simply TO WORK. For any given problem. Even if the solution is ideologically "disappointing".

So many solutions are rather "dull" and "disappointing" from an agenda-based perspective and Reich seems willing to "disappoint" any and all in an effort to always get at what is the best bet to ameliorate a problem.

Then he combines that with the ability to explain the most complex situations to anyone, anywhere in a way that anyone, anywhere can understand - for the first time in their lives!

There's no name for all of this - it's just a gift. And one I always wish he would apply to the Presidency.
