Gingrich Acknowledges Affair During Clinton Impeachment
Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich was having an extramarital affair even as he led the charge against President Bill Clinton over the Monica Lewinsky affair, he acknowledged in an interview with a conservative Christian group.

"The honest answer is yes," Gingrich, a potential 2008 Republican presidential candidate, said in an interview with Focus on the Family founder James Dobson to be aired Friday, according to a transcript provided to The Associated Press. "There are times that I have fallen short of my own standards. There's certainly times when I've fallen short of God's standards."

11. It would be a mentorly act on Dobson's part. Newt's never seen a penis
before.

Also he hasn't seen the Constitution before, apparently.

First he marries his "HIGH SCHOOL GEOMETRY" teacher. I wonder if their was some sort of underage... Then he dumps her while she in a hospital, marries his 2nd wife months after his first divorce. He was probably conducting an affair with his 2nd wife when his first wife was in hospital. Then he says his 2nd wife was not attractive enough to be the first lady. Goes on to dump her for someone 20 years younger than him (A former congressional aid).

How does he line up with the other republican (we are the "family values") party presidential hopefuls? Well you have Guilliani twice divorced. Mccain has one divorce. On the democratic side you have Hilary Clinton (one husband still married). Obama (one wife still married). Edwards (one wife still married). Now once again: Who is the party of "family values".

7. Another Republican Con Man considering a White House Run

"The president of the United States got in trouble for committing a felony in front of a sitting federal judge," the former Georgia congressman said of Clinton's 1998 House impeachment on perjury and obstruction of justice charges. "I drew a line in my mind that said, 'Even though I run the risk of being deeply embarrassed, and even though at a purely personal level I am not rendering judgment on another human being, as a leader of the government trying to uphold the rule of law, I have no choice except to move forward and say that you cannot accept ... perjury in your highest officials."

Gingrich's congressional career ended in 1998 when he abruptly resigned from Congress after poor showings from Republicans in elections and after being reprimanded by the House ethics panel over charges that he used tax-exempt funding to advance his political goals.

Any Democrat running for the presidency with these confessed and verified credentials would be unmercifully persecuted by our resident initialed mugwump. No wait. The keys words here 'confessed' and 'verified' would disqualify the topic for speculative gossip.
