Sorenson Endorses Obama, Conjures Kennedy, Jabs Clinton
Ted Sorensen, the speechwriter and special counsel to President John F. Kennedy endorsed Senator Barack Obama tonight and compared Obama’s campaign to Kennedy’s run almost half a century earlier.

3. Excelllent. This is a huge endorsement and then to have him compare
Obama with JFK, himself, the speechwriter, is amazing.

endorsements are nice -- although I prefer them a la carte (sans swipes at other candidates)

The title of the OP (which is the title of the article linked to) is misleading indicating he took a "jab at Clinton."

from the article:
Sorenson also sharply rebuked legislators who voted to authorize the Iraq war, a group that includes Senator Hillary Clinton and former Senator John Edwards.

“Members of either party who authorized this disaster should be accountable,” Sorenson said. “ didn’t have to vote for it, and moderate his position, and come up with an alternate strategy. He didn’t have to come up non-binding resolutions and so forth.”

He really just made an inference to by process of elimination Clinton and Edwards, both having voted 'yes' on the IWR, so it wasn't really a jab at all but rather a generalized statement that was misquoted misleadingly in the title.

Preferring endorsements a la carte means without a jab at other candidates, but since there wasn't really a jab at anyone in particular ...

Save the jabs at the other candidates...an endorsement of the candidate and the reasons for it should be enough...

6. Michelle Obama airs some dirty laundry...

Forget that he smokes and had a pile of traffic fines ~~

The big news is =GASP= he doesn't put his dirty socks in the hamper and he rarely makes the bed!!

~~~ (( )) LOL!!
NEW YORK (AP) _ Sen. Barack Obama was welcomed by an enthusiastic crowd at a fundraiser Friday, but the person who had the audience laughing the hardest was his wife, who decided to air some dirty laundry.
Speaking for nearly as long as her husband, Michelle Obama told roaring audience members she sometimes wishes she could live with the same character she sees on TV and hears about in the media, calling that man "Barack Obama the phenomenon."
"Then there's the Barack Obama who lives in my house," she said. "That guy's not as impressive. He still has trouble ... putting his socks actually in the dirty clothes, and he still doesn't do a better job than our 5-year-old daughter Sasha at making his bed, so you'll have to forgive me if I'm a little stunned at this whole Barack Obama thing."
