Heard Pelosi Include Us In Supporting Afghanistan War
and I don't appreciate it. I support getting Bin Laden who supposedly was responsible for 9/11. I never supported anything else, including invading Afghanistan. As much as I despise the Taliban, invading Afghanistan was stupid (unless you are in to oil, pipe-dreams).

1. Who's "us"?
Who did Pelosi say was "us"? DU?

Most Americans supported the Afghan war - I did, too. The Taliban was a horrendous regime that should've never been allowed to gain the power it did. So if she meant she and Monkeyfunk, then she was right. If she meant she and you, I guess she was wrong.

But I'd need to know who she was referring to.

2. yes it was a horrible regime
BUT AGAIN this is hypocritical. If you think we had the right to remove them just because they were bad...then by that logic the Iraq war was justified as well...

3. Afganistan was actually involved in terrorism
Unlike the phony stuff made up about Iraq. The Taliban and Al-Queda were heavily entwined.

5. Nope
The Taliban had a hand in helping and protecting Osama. They WERE involved in international terrorism.

Saddam was not.

4. Seeking OBL should be a clandestine effort, not bombing Afghanistan...
...back into its present day Stone Age.

We should ask the military leadership of the former Soviet Union how much fun they had in Afghanistan 30 years ago. Or better yet, ask the Chinese why there is an old adage about never invading the area of Afghanistan from centuries ago.
