Which candidate will ask Clark to serve as their VP?
I think that Hillary will be most likely to ask Clark to serve as her VP. It balances the ticket and gives her an alpha military male to fight off critics.

Obama might ask Clark to serve as his VP as well.

I'm not convinced Clark wants VP - but America deserves it.

1. Who will Clark ask to be HIS VP?
I doubt it will be Hillary. Maybe Richardson.

2. I like Obama as Clark's VP. Sixteen solid years of Democratic presidency.

5. Lets hope for 4 years first
then we can think about 16 - i'm not that optimistic.

Its great to imagine things will be handed to you, but nobody deserves to be president, its about who has the most fight.

17. "It's about who has the most fight"?
Then Clark's the man.

As to your original question... imo if Clinton wins the nomination, she cannot afford to have Clark on the ticket. It would be tantamount to saying, I'm too weak to be commander-in-chief and need a strong alpha male to bail me out." Same goes for some of the men running as well.

3. I always wonder why someone wouldn't want VP--some of the glamour,
less of the work! Clark and Obama could fill either position with each other and be a strong ticket.

4. Clark's VP?
May well not be one of the current candidates. Why would he be limited to them when there are some wonderfully qualified leaders all across the country. Why give the opposition a person they've had a full year to do oppo research on? I like Governor Sibelius of Kansas, former Governor Mark Warner of VA, or one of a number of talented people. Hands off Jim Webb, though. He's my Senator and he's exactly where we need him!

6. Ha! Okay, I'll unhand Jim Webb, but raise you Sebelius--
red state gov, lots of bipartisan support, no-nonsense midwesterner--she's a winner!

7. If Clark were to choose an imaginary VP
from non-candidates it should be Al Gore - hey Gore's got an 2-2 record as VP.

He might choose another vet, cuz those crazy vietnam vets can stick together.

8. You seem to find it amusing to deprecate the valor of Wes Clark.
That crazy Vietnam Vet was awarded the Silver Star for his actions in the heat of battle while wounded. If you don't like him, fine, but you're stooping low here.

18. Depends on who has dropped out and endorsed him
If it's Obama, Clark wins by a landslide. People will assume a Clark/Obama ticket.

If it's Clinton, not so large a margin, but better prospects in the follow-on states.

Edwards might drop out, but I wouldn't expect an endorsement, and I doubt one would do Clark much good anyway.

12. Do you have any idea what caused your unhealthy fixation on Clark?
You seem to have no other function than to bash Clark on other threads or to start new threads where you can sow some more disinformation and engage in more slams. If you can identify the source of your disorder it would be the first step toward healing. Was it the magazine cover? I hope you get well soon.
