4. I am not sure if Clinton fired them all but if he did he also had

to get his in front of Congress. Not many seem to know that or say it any how. These new ones are just put in and need no check by Congress. We still have not found out just who put that into law. Not one man has stepped up and said he put it into the law. Our dear hero in Congress. Who could it be? I am sure they all know in Congress so if we sit and wait I am sure it will come out.
