2. Sorry, I got a phone call or would have replied sooner
Apparently deputy AG Kyle Sampson resigned today and Schumer said that he would be no Scooter. He said that either Gonzales had a hand in the firings or knew nothing about it. Either way, he should be fired. It doesn't look like the text of the announcement is up on Schumer's site yet.
