In just two months since becoming the minority party, House Republicans have passed three such procedural motions. More than 100 Democrats changed their vote on a motion to recommit offered Friday by Republicans, causing the Democratic leadership to hold the vote open for more than 30 minutes, according to Republican sources and members on the House floor at the time.

3. Procedurial Triumph = Red Tape for Control
They are basically bragging that they were able to force things trough by the proceedures they used, regardless of what rules were broken in the process. They were quite efficient at forcing the party line through any way they had to, even in denying theopposition the right to speak or meet on important matters.

Keep on spinning Republicans, you might find a way to make us dizzy enough again to be unable to see who we're really voting for.
