Crain's Insider: Pataki Backs Off
This is from a daily subscription e-fax by Crains New York Business:

Former Gov. George Pataki released his Iowa supporters to join other campaigns, telling them he can’t guarantee that he’ll run for president in this cycle. He said the same to his New Hampshire team in early February but held a $350,000 fund-raiser for his 21st Century Freedom PAC two weeks later. Pataki announced last week that he would join New York City law firm Chadbourne & Parke, concentrating on environmental work.

whew! Good thing we won't have to run against him...

2. Thank God! I was SO afraid he'd recite the "Gettysburg Address"
again, the way he did at the WTC Ground Zero site.
