My favorite moment of a momentous day
When that asshat from Georgia asked Valerie Plame Wilson if she was a Democrat and she at first tried to hide her beaming smile, allowed it to break through, and said, "Yes, Congressman, I'm a Democrat."

Admittedly apropos of nothing, but fun to watch and delicious nonetheless.

3. Here's another great moment...
What Waxman said to Victoria Toensing (a very scary woman!) after she finished testifying...

"I understand that some of the things you've stated here today with great authority may not be accurate, so we will hold the record open...."

6. Did you see...
C-SPAN had a shot of her after the hearings...she was all alone. She looked sick to her stomach. I wonder why? She was only made to look like an ass in front of the entire country.

7. I did see that!
The room emptied out & left her alone. But that's nothing; after her "testimony" today, I'm sure her minority party that requested she appear before the committee will throw her under a bus...

spoke as to why that look crossed her face when she asked him "What does it matter?", and she was right and he knew it, it didn't matter to anyone but to those that stand against Valerie, he gave his children a bite to eat, it was all they would get today, he didn't have much more to offer those that so faithfully wag their tails in adoration of their masters. As silly as this sounds, it was probably enough for those that oppose Democrats....little minds require so little to remain happy...

5. I hope the same questions are asked of Dick Cheney, Karl Rove,
....and George Bush when they appear before the panel under oath. When each of them swear that they are republican, they can all be charged with perjury because we know full well they are Nazis!

12. Thanks. What a punk.
He must have really low rank right now. You can imagine that the Repubs got together and decided that that was among the question that must be asked, but delegated it to the lowest ranking punk they had available.

14. Westmorland is that guy that was on Colbert.
He wants to put the 10 Commandments in courthouses but couldn't recite even three of them on Colbert.
