a couple of the "guys" are female? The one he's hugging, in particular, and one of the others, I think are female . Could be wrong, always difficult to tell when people are wearing hats and aprons like that.

22. The three in the center are all women

They're wearing traditional hupiles, the spectacular colorful woven blouses. They are probably of the indigenous peoples of Guatemala, like the Maya. These lovely, gentle people are short in stature and often speak one of several indigenous dialects and only limited Spanish. The women wear huipiles with a distinctive pattern unique to their village. If you knew which huipile belonged to which village, you could say with certainty which villages the women in the picture came from. It looks like the woman B*sh is molesting and the one to the right are wearing the same style of huipile and therefore come from the same village.

23. Good catch! I didn't really focus on what they

wore under their aprons but on their faces, which looked female to me. As soon as I read your post (and this is hours since I looked at the photo), I recalled that they were wearing similar blouses and could sort of picture the patterns.
