WASHINGTON, March 19 (Reuters) - U.S. President George W. Bush
will make a statement on Monday on the fourth anniversary of the
Iraq war after holding a videoconference with Iraqi Prime Minister
Nuri al-Maliki, the White House said.

Bush will make remarks on the anniversary of the war in the White
House Roosevelt Room at 11:30 a.m. EDT (1530 GMT).

Bush, under pressure from Democratic lawmakers to start
withdrawing troops from Iraq, is expected to defend his strategy
of sending nearly 30,000 more U.S. troops to Iraq in an attempt
to try to stabilize Baghdad.

White House spokeswoman Dana Perino said Bush was meeting his
National Security Council team and then planned to talk with
Maliki.

1. the surge is working, iraq forces are being trained, they've already
been successful in basra where the brits were allowed to go home, toppling saddam was the right thing to do, freedom is on the march, better to fight them there than fight them here, 911, 911, 911, yadda yadda yadda, blah blah blah

3. I'm thinking
you've pretty much nailed it. Although I might add a few things:

- war is peace
- freedom is slavery
- ignorance is strength
- terra, terra, terra, terra, terra
- terr'ists, terr'ists, terr'ists, terr'ists, terr'ists

:( I despise him.

2. Will it be a big celebration
With party favors and hats? Just what do you get a fake war president to celebrate the fourth anniversary of a massive fuckup?
