Tom Delay On MTP - Why Do They Think We Want To Hear From A Criminal......
I just don't understand programming of these shows. Why would you want to put someone on and give them any legitimacy. This guys as crooked as you can get - yet they want us to hear his opinions.

1. The only opinion I want from him is "How is the food in jail?"

2. And they paired him up with neocon warmonger Perle and
tried to pass him off as legit as well. Then they put up a graphic showing "56,000+" Iraqi casualties. Left off the first digit. When the "fairness doctrine" went out the window, so did any semblance of the truth.

9. thought I was going to yak
Seriously, what does a Republican have to do to be considered a pariah by the GOP and MSM?
Rape Barney on the WH lawn? Nothing a mea culpa before a bank of microphones and a trip to rehab can't cure.

12. When you consider that the GOP Vice-President
(actually de facto President) shot a man in the face, and the victim apologized...well, you've got a party that fiercely protects its own and, in turn, is fiercely protected by the media whores.

DeLay wasn't introduced as a crook. He was introduced as a "former GOP Congressman." Neither of the Dems on the panel called him out, either. I was waiting for one of them to turn to him and say, "What are you doing here? Shouldn't you be in jail?" Pigs will fly first. Dems are too damn nice.

5. I think Timmy had invited Delay on for his book...
but they couldn't really make the show about that so they added Perle so he wouldn't be the only fool in favor of the war.

7. I liked how Perle and DeLay were lecturing a retired Admiral about
warfare. I think it showed why we are in this mess to begin with. The foggy mind set of the Neocon vs. the rational, experienced brain.
I couldn't beleive how they discounted everything Admiral Sestak said, when they themselves have never served a day in their life.
