RRTP or Conservanalgia; WARNING ! Democrats not immune !
Edited on Mon Mar-19-07 01:03 PM by Alamom

OUR PARTY IS DEFINITELY INFECTED AND IF IT SPREADS, WE MAY NEED TO QUARANTINE.

RRTP /Repuke Regurgitated Talking Points aka Conservanalgia

Symptoms:
Constantly hearing the same shit over and over (FOR YEARS) from the Repukes and the MSM, our brains began to believe it’s true.
Distaste for a Dem Candidate for whatever reason, causes Democrats to eat their own and try very hard to spread this ailment.
The object of cannabalization is most likely to change with the Repukes and MSM’s target candidate.
For now, it’s HRC.......Next week or month the main target could be BHO or whomever they fear the most. ( I can list just as many FALSE negatives about any candidate) For now, this is the one who is THE TARGET of the Right and many in her own party. If you support another, you may enjoy this feast, but at any moment, it could be your candidate being torn to pieces.

Please try to avoid these contagious statements. Please don't let the party who has our country in ruins dictate your thoughts, words and beliefs. They are very good at what they do and many of our young, fence-sitters and undecideds will be lost forever.

Can't win

Clinton did it.

Too polarizing

Clinton did it.

Non-electable

Clinton did it.

Bush-Clinton-Bush-Clinton...new blood, new blood !!!!!

Clinton did it.

Experience doesn't matter that much.

Clinton did it.

Too much baggage.....(and no one else has any. MY GOD, There “ARE” perfect people.)

Clinton did it.

Americans won't vote for a woman

Clinton did it

She's using her husband, (GASP) no one takes their spouse on the campaign trail

Clinton did it.

She's a fraud.

CLINTON DID DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!
(And he did a great job. The best in years)

but Hillary can't. :eyes: This does not make sense.

Treatment
Calm the person down and very slowly say, HRC is the DEM frontrunner (for now)....the other side is terrified she will win, they are terrified of BILL and (they) are trying to convince the country she is not the right choice. They would prefer someone they can push around and dictate policy.
They know,

HILLARY WILL PUSH BACK !!!!!!!!!

Run little repukes run, Hill's gonna get you !

Disclaimer: The object of fear to Repukes is subject to change. The MSM will go with the flow and Dems who are afflicted will most likely do the same. The name of the ailment remains the same.

To avoid infection and adding *fuel to the REPUKE Fire -
Be A DEMOCRAT
SUPPORT A DEMOCRAT
DEBATE IS NEEDED, BUT SLAMMING IS *FUEL ...even the subtle OP’s many post, knowing a flamefest will evolve and their point will be made.
Later, they can say...I didn’t slam anyone.
(That’s called the Weasel Syndrome)

They (the other side) does not even have to think. They can get all the negative ammunition they need from Democratic blogs and Forums.

PLEASE DO YOUR PART TO STOP THE SPREAD OF THIS MINDSET. IF IT CONTINUES,

A REPUKE COULD LOOK MOST PROMISING IN NOV. 08

1. You are SO right
I have taken a vow to say no negative thing against any Democrat, no matter how severe the provocation. (Zell Miller *gag* and "Independent" Lieberman *hack, choke* don't count.) :kick:

2. But, that's not reasonable.
We SHOULD be discussing the pros and cons of each possible candidate to make an educated decision when voting in the primaries. We don't have to call names, but we should be able to discuss past voting records, statements made in the past and recently, etc.

4. Good luck
When Kerry ran the dems ate him alive. Even here on DU some people relished the press's dismemberment of our candidate.

It's why we now live under publican rule. Good luck changing the mindset, we need it.
