Carol Lam delivers a smack down to Issa's border patrol complaint

saying he used an old report redacted by someone else and passed off as an official report.She said Darrell Issa has been misinformed.Saying many of his comments in the report he sent to DOJ concerning Lam and border patrol 'were editorial comments inserted by an unidentified individual, and they were never seen or approved by Border Patrol management.
she also said " we believe that all dialogue and debate should be based on well informed and accurate data."

5. Well about two weeks ago I called his Cali office and ran a theory

by his staffer's ear on what all this was about, the guy's voice tightened up about two octaves and he wanted me to 'register as an official caller", I let him know I would be happy let the blogosphere know about his 'reaction' He was seriously nervous after I told I thought this was all about ending criminal investigations of corrupt GOP members, possibly oes up for re election in 08,and it was the repug way to stave off any more lost seats in congress. A few days later Issa had changed his position on Lam.

falsifying official documents and giving it to the press for political gain?

7. Didn't Issa get into legal difficulties in California a few

years back? As I remember he is an unsavory person. Can't recall all of the problems except that it stank.
