BTW - Doesn't his demand that none of the testimony that he said can happen could not be taped or transcript-ed? It is just like his illegal wiretapping. He does not want to get the warrants because it would leave a paper trail.

he pretty much has had it his way to this point. It is now time for some brave souls in Congress to begin a counteroffensive against this most heinous individual. A tremendous battle will ensue as the bully believes he controls the SCOTUS which may render the final decision regarding WH staffers testifying under subpoenas. The Dems have a REAL opportunity HERE to begin the dismantling of bushco's criminal regime. Further, let's see if democracy in America is truly DEAD!!
