on MSNBC and then seeing Richard Engle on Charlie Rose I almost think that perhaps Joe Biden has the best solution out of any that I've heard.Make it a 3 state country.Give the north to the Kurds,The west to the Sunnis and the rest to the Shiites.

Not an idle question. If the US tries to impose this, the issue will certainly come up.
