1 million more US chidren have become part of the poverty class in the USA
250,000 more US children have lost their homes though Katrina or foreclosure
50,000 more US children have had a family member in the service with severe or life-threatening impacts from Iraq
5,000 more US children have lost a family member in Iraq

That's ignoring the millions of children in IRaq suffering the same fates.

"staying for the kids" - Gonzales, the kids don't want you, you are not on their side.

if a proverbial rat constantly presses the pedal for cheese, does the rat have a choice or is it conditioned. are his actions a product of determinism , or in fact, free will. gonzales is blinded by misguided truth, and any light he sees is given to him. he becomes a flesh and blood puppet, who acts like one alive and free, but clearly tugged by the his chains. this man-puppet and his mind-forged manacles become a tool under the guidance of his masters, whom he serves ever so diligently.
