McCain: "My democrat friends..."
I see old nutcase John McCain is still counting on that 17% "bush base" for his over-before-it-started presidential run. On the radio this morning (NPR) they had him (and lieberman, natch) having tantrums over the fact that the house dared to actually (gasp!) partly express the will of the vast majority of americans in inserting even a ridiculously long deadline for troop withdrawal.

McCain breathlessly said how he didn't agree with his "democrat friends in the house."

1. Ask John Kerry how he treats friends.
Edited on Sat Mar-24-07 08:40 AM by Kerry2008
I'm sure Senator Kerry is still pulling knives out of his back after what McCain did in 2004 with his staff furthering the lie that Kerry was 'courting' McCain to be the VP nominee, and then he campaigned with Bush and bounced his 'friend' around like he was a basketball.

McCain has the losing position on Iraq. If he wants to continue to follow Bush when Bush is in his all time low approval rating, let him!! All the easier to beat, my friend.

2. McCain is such a piece of work. He is going to be the text book
example for the chapter titled "What Not to Do If You Want to Be President" in the RNC's Politics for Conservatives book.

Look for it in the discount bins at your favorite bookstore soon. :eyes:

:sarcasm:

4. What a pile of toxic waste McCain is....
I hope that we never have to see his face again after next year's campaign.

6. And to think I used to like this guy
I used to like the McCain 7 years ago when you could truely say he was a maverick when he stood up to what was right, how he would attack his party if something wasn't kosher, he would stand up to the religious right and people who was pro-life but that mavrick title is truely nothing but name only. McCain is nothing but a slug that will do and say anything just to become prez and if it isn't in the outsider role like how he was in 2000 then it will be as the insider candidate.

And by the way it's my DEMOCRATIC friends, get it right.

Ass.

7. Does this alleged friend's name rhyme with "Schmoe Schneederman?"
Because, seriously, McCain can't have any political friends on the other side of the aisle.
