He's on CNN now talking about what an honorable man Fredo is and there ought to be a compromise achievable. What a mealy mouthed twit this guy is. Senator Nelson on this program and the 2 USA's on MTP were great at explaining the gravity of the matter while Lanny makes a half assed pitch for bipartisanship. The Clintons have a lot to answer for and the anointment of this tool as a favored Democratic spokesman is one of them.

4. Oh please. As a spokesman for the Democratic Party,

the man is a disaster. If he wants to spout his pusillanimous nostrums on the Georgetown cocktail circuit, fine. But as someone who gets multiple invitations to expound on national television what the Democratic positions are on matters of importance, he should just shut up.
