7. Is someone scheduled to take pics?
I've still got my differences over a couple things, but I have to say, her courage the last few days has been of the highest caliber. She chooses to be inspired?? Wow. No words. Very impressive. I hope we get to see a pic of her and her flowers, and that folks contributed because those kinds of visible expressions are important too. Long after she's forgotten any campaign donation, she'll remember the love in a roomful of flowers. It's just human nature.

9. My guess is that there will be
She doesn't know yet about it though, is my understanding, so the surprise will be lovely.

Thank you for your comment, Sandnsea. Mrs. Edwards is a pillar of strength and inspiration, and my understanding is that she got thousands of e-mails and she was buoyed.

18. Another "some critics" article
Posted in GDP.

I posted in there Benny and I'm damn serious. I want the media to either name names, or shut up.

Who are the supposed critics saying all this garbage about the Edwards.

WHO.

No more of these anonymous smears. I'm so angry that they are getting away with doing this to someone with cancer.

20. Tucker on now
Questioning whether it was okay for Katie Couric to question Edwards. Since Edwards held a press conference, instead of just a press release, Tucker's conclusion is that it was necessary to question him, and Edwards was good natured about it, so, what the hey.

:grr:

:argh:

22. Oh they're on a roll today
The Bush twins shouldn't be bothered about the war because parents can't control their kids and hey, they wouldn't be much use to the military in Fallujah anyway.

5. but, Jerry Falwell's forgiven him!!1!!!1!!!
Why don't you stupid libruls understand that Newt has made mistakes in his past, and he's apologized for it, which means he has every right to be president, whereas John Edwards has chosen running for president over taking care of his sickly wife?!!

Clinton got a BJ in the oval office!!!

:silly:

6. That's true, Progdonkey
Except I thought it was James "Focus on the Family" Dobbs who forgave him.

My spouse used to live in Colo Springs and saw bumper stickers such as:

"Focus on your OWN DAMN family".

15. you're right, though it was both...
I was a bit mistaken myself and thought it was all Falwell, but you're right, Gingrich made the admission publicly on Dobson's radio show. According to Falwell, though, Gingrich made the same admission to him in private, and Falwell then invited him to speak at Liberty University, which I guess is why I had that association in my head.
