Tony Snow job description was no help maintaining health...
I wonder if the stress of having to lie everyday for the WH has contributed to the recurrence of Tony's cancer, by that meaning his energy being sapped and stress piling on a daily basis.. He was looking so well when he first took on that horrible job, and as the lies grew, he started to do a fade. He hasn't looked well for over a month now, and you could tell his energy was slowly leaving. I'm so sorry for his illness, I wish him well and God help the poor soul who has to take that job next.

1. That's what I've always said.
With all the stress that comes with being spokesman for this administration, he should have thought twice about accepting the job. You have to hold a lot in and that's not good.

3. hard to say ... more important fact may be that his mother died of colon cancer
It seems as likely (if not more likely) that he suffered from a genetic predisposition towards the disease.

6. That's horrible knowledge for his children.
At least they're warned and hopefully will get themselves regularly checked.

Way too many families going thru this. If it's genetic, is this one of the things we hope to help with stem cells?

8. I hope for a speedy recovery..
HE is getting the best health care I am sure, better than anything that would be provided to 46 million of us uninsured and growing under Bush.. I hope he gets well.

9. Ari and Scottie seem to have weathered the storm
Cancer is exceedingly nasty in its randomness.
