..... unless we intend to stay in Iraq for 20 ... 30 years .... or forever ...... the fact is, we're gonna leave. The only difference is whether or not the 'terrorists' can put an X on their calenders and look forward to W-Day or if they'll get up one morning and be surprised that we're gone.

So ...... unless Bush intends to admit he's never planning to leave, the only issue is when ..... and since this civil war is simply the latest chapter in a conflict that's lasted forever, there's no doubt they'll just wait.
