Shouldn't Congress be confiscating RNC Computers and servers?
It is apparent that White House officials have been using RNC e-mail accounts to send official correspondence. So why are we giving the RNC time to destroy evidence. Shouldn't Congress seize computers and servers at RNC to preserve the evidence?

9. No jurisdiction
The House and Senate Sergents at Arms have jurisdiction over the Capitol and the House and Senate office buildings. They don't have any jurisdiction with respect to the RNC.

2. The Just Us system does the confiscating. The Just Us system belongs to the RNC
Just Us = just us GOPers

You think GOPers are going to confiscate their own computers and give them to the Dems?

Not going to happen.

7. I don't think they have the authority.
At least not without a crime not having been committed.

5. No
How would you feel if a Republican congress seized Democratic computers and servers? The Republican party is entitled to privacy except for emails relevant to this case.

6. This is different...
I don't remember White House officials using the Democratic Party's e-mail servers for official correspondence. And since this was done to circumvent public records laws, to hide what they were doing from the public, then I don't give a rat's ass about their privacy.

10. This is what special prosecutors are for.
Normally, the DOJ would be enforcing Congressional subpoenas, but it is clear that they're corrupt and not to be trusted.

That's what special prosecutors are for. It's time for Fitz to go to work.

BTW, who gets to appoint special prosecutors? It's not just something Gonzales and Bush can do, right? Can't Congress appoint their own special prosecutors?
